The hotel had great service, with staff who were very helpful and friendly. The food was also excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from. The location was very convenient, with easy access to key areas around the city.
The hotel was still in the process of constructing its swimming pool, which was a let-down. some aspects of the hotel's decor felt unfinished, and there were a few issues with cleanliness in the room.

I had a fantastic Easter weekend with great service provided by the friendly staff who always went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The food was plentiful and delicious, with plenty of choices to satisfy different tastes. Additionally, the location was perfect, situated just a short distance from the city's top attractions and with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
The swimming pool was still under construction, which was disappointing as I had been looking forward to taking a dip. However, this did not detract from the overall experience as there were still plenty of other amenities to enjoy.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location, nestled behind a majestic mountain, provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic experience, always attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a taste of the local cuisine. The views from the pool deck were breathtaking, with stunning sunsets over the mountains and even the chance to witness bat migrations up close. And let's not forget about the rooms, which were spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The large bathroom and cozy beds made for a truly relaxing stay.
